All of our comfortable apartments feature : dinnerware, electric kitchen stove, fridge, coffee maker, central heating, shower, seperate toilet, TV, telephone, radio and alarm clock
Bedclothes are available for rent. Washing machine and dryer are available for public use. Travel cancelation insurance can be booked online, e.g. Europäische Reiseversicherung.

cleaning costs (you pay it once, at the end of your journey) : 50 € – 75 € depending on the apartment size (+ 25 € for pets), visitor’s tax (free for every person under 16) 2,90 € per day, Electricity 9 € per day, Heating costs during wintertime 9 € per day / person, bedclothes 17 € per person, towels 3 € / person (but you can also bring your own).
